This Privacy Policy explains how Sparka Solar (“Sparka,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit sparkasolar.com or request solar quotes through it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us — your first and last name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, and approximate monthly electric bill.
- Information collected automatically — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring URL, and campaign parameters. We use a third-party service (TrustedForm) that records how the form was completed to document your consent.
How we use information
- To match you with up to four solar energy companies, their contractors, and partners who may contact you about solar products or services.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site and prevent fraud.
- To keep records of your consent and comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
With your consent, we share the information you submit with solar energy companies listed on our Marketing Partners page, and with service providers that help us run the site. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
Contact preferences
You can stop marketing calls or texts at any time by telling the caller, replying STOP to a text, or using our Do Not Contact page. Partners you have already been referred to maintain their own do-not-call lists; you may need to contact them directly.
Data retention & security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission is completely secure.
Children
This site is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Because we share contact information with solar companies for their marketing, this may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under California law. To opt out or make any request, use our Do Not Contact page or email support@sparkasolar.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf.
